Lost access to your 2FA device and can't access your Bitlocus account? To deactivate 2FA for your account you will have to contact support.

1. Create a support ticket with the subject "Deactivate 2FA" here: https://bitlocus.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

2. Add your selfie of you holding your ID document and a note with this text: "Bitlocus 2FA disable YYYY-MM-DD" where YYYY stands for year, MM - month and DD - for the current day.
