What documents will I need to prove my business' source of funds?
When you create and use your Bitlocus business account, you may be required to provide supporting documentation, where your business money comes from. This is a regulatory requirement and it helps maintain the safety and trust of all users on Bitlocus.
Make sure you provide the full document, with no pages or sections missing.
Cropped or redacted documents cannot be accepted.
You might get asked for proof of your business’ funds:
when you open your account
if you make an unusually large transfer compared to your business’ normal activity
if you move an unusually large amount over time (for example, you move a lot in one month)
under any other reason not listed here

We need to see where your business' funds come from, so the uploaded document need to show the following:
your business income amount (if you have more than one type of income, you’ll have to upload documents for each of them)
your business name
the issue date
signatures, if applicable
Based on your income type, we accept these documents

bank statements from the last 3 months
invoices from the last 3 months
service agreements from the last 3 months
audited annual statements from the last 12 months

Your documents can't be older than 12 months. You can upload:
